Robert, who often goes by Bob, is a founding partner of the Law Offices of Soden & Steinberger, APLC.
Bob’s practice focuses on both businesses entity formation and also in civil and business litigation. He is adept at both creating the best legal structure for your enterprise as well as setting the foundations for franchise owners and buyers. On the litigation side he’s worked on real estate disputes between buyers and seller, contract disputes between companies or individuals, shareholder disputes and trademark infringement. He has spent the past 17 years representing client’s interests in resolving disputes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob had a successful career in commercial real estate working with many San Diego County companies. He specialized in assisting companies with the purchase and lease office space for business needs. Alongside that, he successfully negotiated lease and purchase agreements on behalf of his clients. Bob’s entrepreneurial spirit and negotiation skills learned as a broker provide additional benefits and insight to his clients.
