Megan’s practice focuses on registration of new trademarks, renewals of existing trademarks, and counseling on cease-and-desist letters with over 20 years of experience.

Megan has counseled clients on a wide range of corporate matters including entity formation and governance, re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, general contracts, and employment and shareholder related matters. She also assists private companies seeking to raise capital including the preparation of Private Placement Memorandums and investor related documents, as well as providing assistance to public companies with federal securities compliance and reporting under the SEC rules and regulations.

Megan also assists companies seeking to franchise their business including the review and preparation of franchise disclosure documents, state registrations and renewals, as well as providing on-going franchisor support in matters related to the franchisor-franchisee contractual relationship.

She advises individuals and companies on intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright registration, oppositions, defense and prosecution of infringement, as well as the preparation of technology transfer and licensing agreements.

She enjoys helping companies at various stages of their growth and development and to help maximize the valuation of their business.

Megan is currently admitted to practice in Washington State and California.
